<p>As you can see in the Teamworks Intelligence Scouting Report Card, <strong><a href="https://www.on3.com/db/beau-atkinson-9466/">Beau Atkinson</a></strong> flashes real upside as a pass rusher. His above-average scores in Speed, Acceleration, and Change of Direction* highlight his athletic profile and back up the four-star pedigree. Based on a quick analysis of game footage, he appears to move well for his position and has shown the ability to play both with his hand in the dirt and from a stand-up position. His movement patterns suggest he can win on the edge with more than just power. His pass rush productivity stands out among his peers and suggests he can be a difference-maker on third down. </p>

<p>While Atkinson’s athletic traits are solid across the board, Burst, or the ability for a pass rusher to get off the LOS, is an area for growth. The data shows room for improvement in how quickly he gets off the ball and into the backfield. Some of this could be situational—he often aligns off the line in a stand-up role, which may be part of the scheme. Getting across the line faster will turn pressures into sacks and make him a more disruptive presence from snap to whistle. </p>
