With three weeks of college football in the books, Las Vegas oddsmakers suggest three teams have separated themselves in the College Football Playoff national championship race. But that fourth spot seems up for grabs, and VegasInsider listed some interesting contenders in its updated odds — which saw plenty of movement from last week.

Georgia, Alabama and Ohio State are the heavy favorites to bring home the CFP title after strong starts to the season. Clemson and USC have the next-best odds at +1200 and +1260, respectively, even though Michigan is ahead of both of them in the latest AP Top 25. The Wolverines come in directly behind the Tigers and Trojans in the national championship race.

Georgia came out firing out of the gates to start the season — not only showing it can deal with multiple key losses on defense, but proving the offense can take a leap in Stetson Bennett’s first full year as the starter. The Bulldogs are outscoring opponents 130-10 in their first three games, allowing their first touchdown last week to South Carolina.

That dominance meant Georgia took the top spot in the AP poll from Alabama, which is also 3-0, but snuck past Texas in their Week 2 showdown. However, the Crimson Tide got back on track last week against Louisiana-Monroe, putting up 63 points against the Warhawks to show the offense is still powerful.

Speaking of offense, Ohio State also had a monster day against Toledo, defeating the Rockets 77-21 in Week 3 thanks to five passing touchdowns from CJ Stroud and five rushing touchdowns from the run game. The Buckeyes are the No. 3 team in the nation, but are still a force to be reckoned with this season as they prepare to enter Big Ten play this week against Wisconsin.
