One day after NOBULL was announced as the official combine training partner of the NFL, the athletic training brand revealed a slew of NIL deals. The deals include a NIL partnership with Heisman Trophy-winning Alabama quarterback Bryce Young.

NOBULL also announced NIL agreements with North Carolina receiver Josh Downs, Georgia tight end Brock Bowers, UCLA running back Zach Charbonnet and Kentucky quarterback Will Levis. All five are expected to be future stars in the NFL once they move on from college football.

“As a global training brand, we’re proud to support the aspiring professional athletes working hard to showcase their abilities at the NFL Combine,” NOBULL CMO Todd Meleney said. “The drive that these young athletes have is inspiring, and we are excited to tell their stories as they prepare for one of the biggest moments of their lives.”

NOBULL says it’s a brand for people who work hard and don’t believe in excuses. Starting in 2023, participants at the NFL Combine will have access to the latest apparel and accessories from NOBULL to wear during the event. Prospects will be required to wear NOBULL apparel and accessories during all on- and off-field activities and retain their choice of footwear for on-field activities.

Bryce Young’s been busy with NIL this week

Interestingly, this is the second significant NIL agreement this week for Young. On Monday, Young announced a deal with Dollar Shave Club.

“After a long summer of training, I’m getting back in the game with a noticeably smooth shave thanks to @dollarshaveclub,” Young said in the post announcing the deal.”

Young continues to work with Creative Artists Agency, the group representing him with Name, Image and Likeness negotiations.

Young has been involved with more than 10 NIL deals since it became possible in July 2021. Creative Artists Agency has also helped Young strike deals with Dollar Shave Club, Fantanics, New Life Art, BMW of Tuscaloosa and Logan’s Roadhouse. The Fantanics’ agreement turned a lot of heads because Young was part of a NIL trading card deal with Topps. That deal also involved other top players like Caleb Williams and Stetson Bennett.

Big NIL deals for Young, Downs, Bowers are not a surprise

NIL experts say they expect more and more major companies to be involved with deals over the next 12 months. Bryce Young, Josh Downs and Brock Bowers’ deals with NOBULL are perfect examples of another well-known company diving into the NIL world.

Amazon recently turned heads with its deal Auburn quarterback T.J. Finley. Meta has partnered with INFLCR. Nike, Under Armour and Adidas have crafted specific strategies for the new era of college athletics. Plus, Gatorade has been selective in its process.

With their success on the field, Young, Downs, Bowers, Charbonnet and Levis have crafted valuable NIL brands.

Bryce Young currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $3,200,000. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets the standard market NIL value for high school and college athletes. The On3 NIL Valuation calculates the optimized NIL opportunity for athletes relative to the overall NIL market. It projects out to as long as 12 months into the future.

Additionally, Young ranks No. 3 in the On3 NIL 100 and No. 1 in the On3 NIL College Football NIL Rank. The On3 NIL 100 is the first of its kind and the defacto NIL ranking of the top 100 high school and college athletes ranked by market valuation.

Downs currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $484,000. He ranks No. 95 on the On3 NIL 100 and No. 60 in the On3 NIL College Football Rank.

Furthermore, Bowers has an even higher On3 NIL Valuation at $1.1 million. He is No. 17 on the On3 NIL 100 and No. 12 on the College Football NIL Rank. He has agreed to NIL deals with Zaxby’s and Associated Credit Union in the past.

Levis has an On3 NIL Valuation of $637,000. He has nearly double-digit NIL deals. Charbonnet has an On3 NIL Valuation of $261,000.
