Sampson’s father, Shelton Sampson Sr., was a standout running back at Northwestern State after starring at Baton Rouge’s Redemptorist High. His mother, Latoya Sampson, is a nurse. Sampson plans on majoring in business in college. He lists basketball, video games and listening to music as his hobbies. His siblings are Brycen and Baileigh Sampson.
