The Florida Gators have gone into Georgia to land one of the top interior offensive line recruits in the country. Four-star prospect Peyton Joseph of Warner Robins (Ga.) Houston County committed to Billy Napier & Co. on Sunday over a host of programs, including Florida State and Georgia Tech.

Joseph, the No. 123 overall player nationally for the On3 Industry Rankings, is 2025 commitment No. 4 for the Gators. They entered the day with the No. 12 class in the country and are now in the top 10 of the On3 Industry Team Rankings.

Joseph has developed a strong relationship with Florida offensive line coach Rob Sale, his lead recruiter, during his recruitment. Additionally, Joseph thinks highly of Napier.

“Coach Napier is a great guy, great coach, and he has a great coaching staff. I think Coach Napier could be another Nick Saban if he really pulls it out like he wants to.”

Joseph most recently visited the Gators the first weekend in February.

“The best part about the visit I want to say was the food and the coaching staff,” Joseph told Gators Online. “Mostly the coaching staff. They’re honest with you about everything. They don’t tell you that you can come in and start, come in and play. Once you get here, it’s all about business. I’m more of a structure guy. I want nothing to be handed to me. .. They’re real straight up with you,” Joseph said. “They’re not sugar-coating nothing and they are real honest coaches.”

In a separate interview last week with On3, he added, “Florida is Florida. Somewhere you want to be. You can call it home. The coaching staff is very loving. It’s somewhere I could fit in.”

Joseph will be a December graduate.
