The Georgia football team will be making its way to Columbia, Mo. later today. A primetime matchup with Missouri awaits the Bulldogs.

Mizzou is 2-2 this season with losses to both Power Five opponents — Kansas State and Auburn. Georgia is 4-0 on the year and ranked No. 1 in the country. The Bulldogs are also battling a few injuries coming into the contest and below, DawgsHQ offers up a final injury report for the game as we know it.

OUT…

RB Andrew Paul (knee): The late addition to Georgia’s 2022 class was pushing for a spot in the rotation before suffering a torn ACL in the second and final preseason scrimmage. Paul had surgery to repair that injury and will miss the entire 2022 season.

ILB C.J. Washington (neck): We don’t know when Washington might make a return to the football field. The true freshman suffered a neck injury during spring practice and while we’re told that he’s doing well, he hasn’t been able to practice since.

DOUBTFUL…

OL Jacob Hood (lower body): The mammoth offensive lineman has been banged up to some extent since spring drills and maybe before that. He missed Georgia spring practice with a foot injury and had a tough time staying healthy in the preseason. Hood hasn’t been available for a game yet this season.

CB Nyland Green (hamstring): The former four-star prospect made a move this offseason and challenged for the starting cornerback job that was eventually won by Kamari Lassiter. Smart told reporters last week that Green has been dealing with a hamstring injury. Smart listed Green as doubtful for South Carolina and we’re keeping him in that category this week.

WR Arian Smith (ankle): The fastest player on UGA’s roster can’t seem to dodge the injury bug. He suffered an ankle injury during preseason camp that required surgery and hasn’t yet returned. Smith has been doing more and more on the practice field and dressed out for the Kent State game. We might see him back on the field before the open week on October 22 but it seems like a lock that, barring a setback, he’ll be back before the end of October.

WR AD Mitchell (ankle): The sophomore wideout was injured on UGA’s first play from scrimmage against Samford. He missed the rest of that game and didn’t travel to South Carolina two weeks ago. He also didn’t dress out for the Kent State game. It seems like Mitchell is dealing with a finicky, slow-healing injury and we don’t see him being available for this one.

Probable

DL Jalen Carter (ankle): Georgia’s most gifted defender has been dealing with an ankle injury since the season opener according to Smart. When you consider how he has played fewer snaps in the past three games combined than he did against Oregon, it makes sense. Smart says that the Georgia defender has improved quite a bit the past couple of weeks so we expect him to be available.

RB Kenny McIntosh (thigh contusion): McIntosh said earlier this week that he’s good to go. Smart said the same thing. Still, we’re keeping an eye on this injury as it might cause the staff to limit his touches.
