Manning, who is entering his first season as the full-time starter at Texas, will join father Cooper, uncles Peyton and Eli and grandfather Archie at the 29th iteration of the event.
Manning was a counselor last year along with Quinn Ewers.
Last season in 10 games with two starts, Manning was 61-for-90 for 939 yards and nine touchdowns over two interceptions. He also rushed 25 times for 108 yards and four scores.
