Arch Manning breaks records held by Eli and Peyton Manning

On3 Consensus No. 1 overall Arch Manning had a record breaking evening Friday.
The Texas commitment broke two long standing Isidore Newman High passing records, which happened to be help by uncles Eli and Peyton Manning.
In the Greenies 52-22 win at Pearl River (Miss.) High, Manning completed 17 of 28 passes for 356 yards and seven touchdowns. The seven touchdown strikes in a game also set a school record.

The youngest of the Manning quarterbacks broke Eli’s Isidore Newman career passing yards record, and Peyton’s career touchdown pass record in the same game. Manning passed Eli’s record of 7,268 passing yards, and Peyton’s 93 touchdowns.
Eli Manning was quick to respond with a proud jab at his five-star nephew.
With the win, Isidore Newman improves to 4-1 on the season. Manning has completed 74 of 123 passes for 1,126 yards and 20 touchdowns without an interception this season. He has rushed and passed for nearly 8,000 combined yards in his high school career. Isidore Newman is back on the field October 7 against 4-1 Belle Chasse.
