Texas plays host to the Rice Owls at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 2. The game will be nationally televised by Fox.
Saturday will be the 97th meeting between the Longhorns and Owls. Texas leads the all-time series 74-21-1. That includes 44-8 in Austin. The Longhorns have won 15 games in a row in the series, including 58-0 in 2021.
