Bellville (Tex.) DL standout DJ Sanders newest to receive USC offer
USC has extended a new offer in the state of Texas and it is one that would beef up their defensive line. 2025 Bellville (Tex.) four-star defensive lineman DJ Sanders went to Twitter this afternoon to report the offer.
Sanders is the No. 137 overall prospect and No. 14 defensive lineman in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighed average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 21 player in Texas.
Along with USC, he has also earned offers from Texas, Texas A&M, Alabama, Baylor, Miami, and Notre Dame, among others.
The offer comes from the Trojans after USC outside linebackers and nickels coach Roy Manning made an in person visit to Bellville today to evaluate Sanders.
Sanders has been producing from day 1
Sanders was an immediate contributor for Bellville when he arrived as a freshman. In his first two years of high school, Sanders has played in 22 varsity games. In those games, Sanders has racked up 117 total tackles, 14.5 sacks, 20.5 tackles for loss, and 12 quarterback hurries.
College coaches will be looking at Sanders, who is 6-foot-3, 290 pounds, and hoping he can have that same effect in his freshman season at the next level.
If Sanders keeps up with his production and stays healthy in high school, it is possible we see his rankings rise into the top-100 for the 2025 cycle.

The 6-foot-3, 290-pound recruit holds 12 total offers to date. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, Texas A&M is the currently leader. The Aggies, 40.7% odds, are just head of Texas, who sits at 35.6%.
