No matter what actually happened, this is an orchestrated hit piece designed to damage on particular person's reputation. It can be all true, partially true or mostly false to all BS.
The problem is the timing and linking together all of the alleged behavior. 1. the allegations of theft. Very believable, but if you think the cops actually solve these cases you're delusional. If you're lucky you get your stuff back. I have dealt with a contractor who failed to do the work and was robbed of $2500 and two cases of bad tenants who caused damage while doing illegal things in the apartment. Think I recovered any $$$ or they were jailed? Nope, well one was maybe but she's dead now. Heroin is a helluva drug.
2. Alleged gross locker room behavior? What was told to the coaches when? What measures did they take to address it if any? Who knows? I need to see what steps were taken prior to believing this. One person her or the other sight mentioned about addressing employees and how that conversation is between them. And of course the aggrieved party still sees the same behavior. Remember the accused has rights. One example is a very large women at my wife's job who displays a lot of cleavage. The ladies grumble because it's inappropriate but no one does anything. Big fat gals have extra leeway I guess?
All of this together makes me less likely to believe 3. I was falsely accused once so it does happen. Ask the Duke Lacrosse team, Trevor Bauer, and many others. People lie about this stuff.
3. Alleged sexual assault. Someone here posted that app 90% of sexual assaults are not reported. This is what is called ********. The number is unknown. That figure comes from anonymous surveys, the least accurate form of data collection. Here's how it works: Some grad student sends out x number of survey sheets with various types of actions that can be classified as SA. Say they send out 500 questionnaires? They take the surveys that come back, calculate the positive response and come up with a % that is pure speculative BS. There is no way to really know the number.
Now what do they define as sexual assault? Is it any non consensual touching of no no parts? Chest, butt, or front stuff? Well guess what? I've had women all do that to me without my consent. I just walked away because I was in no danger, however I'm not going to consider that SA. Some will.
The actual number I've heard is that initial contact with LE are 70% and up BS. Yes, the stories fall apart immediately. Some will have legs of course and that will lead to an investigation which does not guarantee they will find enough to arrest and indict. You need evidence and making some claim years later when you have a dating/hook up history is near impossible to prove at a conviction level. If you see evidence of an affair with things such as texts, gifts, hotel receipts and pictures you might be able to prove something civilly. However dating or an affair is not illegal. Timing is very important so immediate reporting, or actual evidence you told someone will be needed to prove your case.
If for example you told a therapist, priest, or doctor but did not want to have them report a crime, that might help. And then you have the issue of mandatory reporting which I'm not sure would apply here? Maybe the victim does not want to cooperate. I was told many people in the Sandusky case didn't want to come forward to testify or claim damages.
So I'm here, I would not Trust Starocci around my stuff or female friends and relatives. Why tempt fate? Also I would not trust Beau or his wife to work in any business I own nor would I recommend them to anyone based on what I'm seeing here. They've shown poor judgment at the minimum. Continuing to carry on and digging their heels like this does not make them more believable. If these women were assaulted, file police reports and get it on. But by continually to double down too me says you're very likely exaggerating at a minimum. Call the police and file a report already.
But I doubt that happens, discovery goes both ways and any amateur detective work might appear to be collusion opening people up to some potential problems.
