I couldn’t care less about the Twitter account. I care about the studies that were listed, which are plenty. Ivermectin is an anti-viral. Ivermectin is used in many countries throughout the world as a prophylactic. It is a very inexpensive medication used around the world. It sure af isn’t just a “horse dewormer”. Why did Fauci and Collins pay off researchers who had suggested they saw signs of covid 19 being lab modified? Why did those researchers recant their findings almost immediately? How much money did Fauci make on Pharmaceutical stocks during Covid? How much money did Remdesivir make for Gilead, despite not being anywhere near as effective as advertised? Why did Fauci push that drug? We know he invented nonsense out of thin air, including the social distancing 6’ rule. Physicians on the front lines were the researchers. Their successes/information they tried sharing were censored, which has diddly squat to do with MAGA. The US government was chock full of BS, but MAGA something something. LOL.

Welp, I posted and Twittered and even wrote a few pieces on how BS the government's Covid response was ... so you are preaching to the choir here.

Glad you brought up lab leak. Seemed obvious to me pretty early that the lab was the likely source. And yes, Fauci sought to discredit that theory (and/or cover up his involvement).

The website you linked is "interpreting" a bunch of studies. It didn't conduct any of them. That's an analytical undertaking, not a fact finding mission. The credibility of the person doing the interpreting is important.

Btw, I wrote in early May 2020 that we were already several weeks late in reopening.

Head in the sand, ignore the data. Cause: part of the test group and must remain skeptical.

I totally understand this actually since one can’t put the pin back in the grenade.

I was an econ major at Illinois and that is one of the worst written articles I've seen in awhile. BLS data are data that can be hard to draw conclusions from, I know I tried for 4 years.

However in this case the author says, "Job openings ticked down in July to levels rarely seen since the Covid-19 pandemic, bolstering fears of cooling in the labor market." He compares July 2025 of 7.2 million openings to 7.2 million in December 2020. OK, but in October 2019, before covid, openings were only 7.3 million -- and in 2015-17, on their chart, they averaged at best 6 million. A different analysis is that job openings are much higher than historical levels.

ps. if you want an A in econ you then would adjust the statistics for the number of people in the workforce, etc. Ah, the life of an academic.

This is in no way a study. It is a claim by an anonymous person with a Twitter account that Ivermectin works. I'm linking said Twitter account, which contends that those who doubt the effectiveness of Ivermectin view those who advocate for it as the equivalent of the Klan and/or Josef Mengele (the Nazi scientist who experimented on Jews). I have to be honest, I doubt the effectiveness of Ivermectin but I've never considered it as something similar to the KKK or Nazis. The fact that you appear unable to differentiate between scientific study and obvious advocacy should be more troubling to you than I'll bet it is.

The account does appear to advocate for all sorts of "home remedies" as Covid treatments. Perhaps some of them work, perhaps they don't.

I knew Drano would consider ALL the studies as ineffective, but he would have THE STUDY OF ALL STUDIES ! to paraphrase a dead dictator !

I admit I am stupid compared to the rest of my family.

Here comes a LONGGG story.

My Great Uncle was Valedictorian of his Class at Princeton. My Grandfather from Columbia.
I was accepted there and every Ivy League, plus other school across America that wanted me to play one of several sports for them, including the 3 Service Academies AND Duke. Like Syracuse that eventually had various Head Coaches asking for me in the football off season, like Hoops, Wrestling, Lacrosse, and Baseball.
My Dad received his Master's in Russian, Far Eastern History at Harvard. I was a shoe in there as the Harvard HC in football was Dad's Assistant at VFMA.
My second of 3 Sisters, received perfect SAT scores of 800 both. She declined Academic Scholarships to stay in the retail business. Eventually rising to Executive Vice President at Saks Fifth Ave, CEO of MacKenzie Childs and General Manager of American Girl Place.
My other 2 Sisters married, raised families and graduated college after their kids were in school. Sister 1 was at Vanderbilt then FDU then Rutgers Law while employed as a teacher. Summa Cuma Laude # 2 in her Law School. Took NJ and NY the same month. Passed NJ, flunked NY. Knew she has passed NY, applied to argue her case before the licensing board, successful ! Took job as Con Ed and NY RR at the same time as their legator Ator in courts. Additional Chief Legator for NNJ Travelers Insur.
My Sister 3 joined the USAF after high school, married USAF , raised family. Became Executive Sec for General Dynamics on Bermuda ! Eventually graduated from UT-Austin in 3 years while her Husband was overseas. Raised 2 children. Taught school in Miss and La. Managed their real estate holdings to become millionaires.

Meanwhile I taught my 3 Sons the necessary athletic AND academic skills to graduate from U Cinn, Illinois and USNA FOR FREE. (USNA paid John $1,100 a month to attend.)

Stupid is as stupid does !

My basic view of Ivermectin is "take it if you want it." It doesn't appear to be harmful in normal doses, so if one believes in it, I'm not going to stop you.

I do believe there are studies showing it helps and there are studies showing it's useless. I lean towards the view that it's not particularly impactful.

However, that's not the main point here. It's that the people who promote Ivermectin relentlessly are the same ones who claims that vaccines don't work AND are killing folks. The stuff on vaccines is just pure bunk (congrats again Trump on Operation Warp Speed, it was a great success). This 99% or so overlap makes me more skeptical of Ivermectin as anything but a feel good product for people on the far right.

Any which way, I note that neither you nor TJ commented on my post stating that the attempts to link Trump to Epstein's crimes are BS. Apparently TDS only exists when I say something that isn't positive about Trump ... like pointing out his extremely low character and the problem of trusting leadership to such a person!

I think the only ones here that thought DJT was involved are Rill and Stone. Rill posted heavily about it to where I started counting his posts. My memory could be off here, to be fair.

No one has accused me of linking Trump to Epstein. I'm just pointing out TDS appears to only exist when I'm critical of Trump.

I’ve always said I don’t think Trump was involved with young girls. He likes the busty adult type.

I criticized the spectacle (photo shoot) and the lack of transparency.

I didn’t link the site for their interpretation. I don’t really care what their interpretation is. They have a bunch of different studies linked/mentioned and each are easy enough to locate. Anyone is free to look at each make their own mind. Ivermectin isn’t an end all, be all, but it’s way more than just a “horse dewormer”. That much is certain.

Colorado is on fire thanks to mismanagement, not heat. Time to fire up some coal plants

The five hottest summers in Colorado have all happened in the last 13 years. It’s getting hotter here.

Summers are staying hotter, longer. Mismanagement hurts too. Both things can be true. I know that’s for a truther like you to accept.

It’s hard to believe how far left Asheville NC has become. They’ve been busy ruining a gem sitting in western North Carolina.

And then regarding home schooling, NJ is apparently wanting to require this. Whether it happens/if true, this kind of issue is a primary reason why our public K-12 system is no longer competing with the rest of the industrialized world. Indoctrination is more important than math, reading, and writing. Math has even been deemed racist. When can we get our schools back and focused on actual teaching instead of indoctrination? Illinois wants a psych eval of every school student K-12. I’ve seen enough teachers who need to be evaluated. They don’t need to be involved.

I need an explanation here. How was Pirro’s operation able to seize this 700,000 lbs of pre-Meth? Isn’t she the DC US Attorney? I need a primer on how this is her jurisdiction.

The salient point is that the bust is so large it will take 28 TT's to haul the 55 gallon cans to storage.

Didn't you link an article claiming "cancer rates among young Aussies" are way up? The implication is that the Covid shot was the source of cancer. Seems unlikely to me ... but in a fact free zone anything is possible if you just question it into existence.

So, me linking an article saying they don't know why cancer rates among young Aussies are extremely high is the same as me SAYING without doubt that the death jab was the cause? The article says the Aussies are baffled as to the cause. While I can't say the death jab is the cause, I can say the proudly most vaccinated nation on Earth should explore the possibility that the death jab is part of the problem. After all, Pfizer and the CDC wanted to put a lid on releasing the data until 2076 when most people are dead. I believe the current status is at least 2030 thanks to Biden.
