Cutting directly to Jason Garrett criticizing play calling is the height of high commentary.
That @sshole should have never even been hired in the first place.

That’s a huge blunder, because as good as Giants have been, you know Buffalo will come out w energy and theyre one play from being in the lead.

Coach was yelling at everybody. If Barkley made the 1 yard run he wouldn't be yelling.
I dunno. I still think he would, especially if the QB changed the play. With no timeouts there, you have to ensure multiple shots at a TD and 3 points minimum no matter what. Any coach in the league would be pissed off at that, even if the TD was scored.

I'm not saying it's right but I'm a total hypocrite between NFL and college assigning blame for plays like that.

If that played happened Saturday, I would have 100% blamed HC/OC for not making sure the QB knew the situation and options. Coaching staff has to make it clear to the QB.

NFL - mostly blame the QB for it.

True, plus they lost the opportunity to kick a FG if the two end zone passes went incomplete. That was very bad.
These kind of things happen to really bad teams....Giants did ALMOST everything right to win, but somehow find a way to lose. Absolute unacceptable play by a QB in the NFL - should really never be allowed to take another snap again after this game.

I wouldn't call him a good QB - experienced? Yes! He is a backup QB for a reason. Not sure I understand the 2 bombs on 3rd and 4th down. Very questionable decision making.

Taylor could have run for a first there, the middle opened up...

Hell of a game. End of first half blunder cost the Giants. Bill defender had a fistful of jersey on that final play too.

But I survive in my knockout pool.

usually when there's a clear jersey pull, you get the flag. Not on the last play unfortunately.

Caleb Willams has five teams he would enter draft for and Giants are one so if they keep losing its ok with me

Funny quote from NY Post's article on Giants

"The great thing about football unlike baseball is that you know your team stinks after 6 weeks instead of six months !"

Awful officiating and some terrible playcalling, but 0 offensive TDs in 13+ quarters isn’t going to do it against these teams. Better effort. We’ll see what they do against the Commies on Sun.

Paraphrase “Well it could be deemed that he was slightly impeded From making the catch blah blah blah “

He held him the entire F-in pattern for a full 10 yards and he couldn’t jump and/or lift his left hand up while also not being able to fully jump for ball. But otherwise I can’t say for sure if he was at least slightly impeded from making the catch.

F OFF.

The refs in the Rutgers game Saturday were an embarrassment to their profession

Can’t wait for robot umpires in baseball
Top 9…3-1 count …ball four , pitch 2-3 inches low called a strike. Next pitch game ending GIDP

Plus the 1st base umpire was caught wanting crowd to cheer for him when he called a runner 3 feet safe out . Umpire should be removed from playoffs for being that bad or letting crowd influence calls.

Umpire rant over for now. Maybe until 12:07 this Saturday 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😂😂😂😂😂🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

When you see that kind of incompetence in NFL officials... how can we ask Big Ten officials to be better?

Oh.. they already called a PI in the end zone. Cannot do it again... obviously. Crazy.. you don't think that was the message? Time is running out.. just keep doing PI.. stop the TD. Hell that last was an untimed play and Buffalo seemed ready to interfere as often as needed. I wonder if we got an all-22 view if there were multiple PIs on all those last plays.

The guy that was playing quarterback for USC vs. Notre Dame on Saturday ?
He didn't look so good to me in that one.

Threw 5 Int's all last year----threw 3 in the 1st Half Saturday night.

We got to him a great deal but IMO all the great players have a bad game now and then.

He was due.

Don’t the Giants have a pretty hefty contract tied up in a QB already? Not sure if drafting a QB is in the near future

And a pretty good one when he's not getting sacked 17 times in 6 1/2 quarters. If this disaster continues to unfold the way it looks, I'd take that top 5 pick and trade down once or twice in the 1st for low 1st and a bevy of 2nd and 3rd rounders. Add a couple of interior linemen, a DL and (if Barkley leaves) a RB.

I’m starting to read some reports a lot of people like the kid from UNC a lot too. Most still like Williams more but starting to see talks of Maye possibly going #1.

Pretty good? This the same guy that Tyrod Taylor looked a lot better than a few days ago? Jones stinks - it's always an excuse with him. Always.

That Giant offensive line they're putting out there is as bad as I've seen.
And it's been bad for a while.
Gotta make it tough on any qb.

Tyrod looked a lot better then Jones?

I thought he moved around well, and got rid of the ball quickly, but he, even with the help of Barkley behind him, led the team to zero TD's.
