So sick of losing these kind of games. Both in the regular season but even moreso in the playoffs. I'd give Sean McDermott one more year. Damn fake punt on your own 30. And then that screwed up playcalling before the missed field goal. You've been kliung them with short passes over the middle, swing passes and runs by Allen or one of the backs all game and then you go completely away from any of those things and go deep and don't gain one additional yard on 2nd or 3rd down.
A thing people can miss about Swift at games is how active and social the KC wives and friends are.
If TS was at most other stadiums the scene would be more subdued.
The KC crew can have the whole booth doing electric slide type stuff.
They love dancing and cheering as a group.
THAT is a big reason the TV goes to her
If she was sitting around with an elderly owner and a media rep , the TV wouldn't flash on her so much

That fake punt call on the 30 was way too risky at that point in the game, although they were lucky to get the ball back with no points scored by KC. IDK if I would put this game on McDermott though, KC looked like the old KC and the Bills were decimated by injuries coming into the game and during the game.
Recent history is filled with coaches who have hit their ceiling and were forced to move on because while they had winning teams they just couldn't get them over the top. Jason Garrett in Dallas, Tony Dungy in Tampa Bay, Andy Reid in Philly, soon to be Mike McCarthy also in Dallas. Things sometimes come to a point where it seems that a coach has taken a team as far as he ever will. Especially given that the playoff games we're losing with the exception of Cincinnati last year have all been in close excruciating fashion. Where a play here or there make the difference. Hell I still don't forgive him for 13 seconds.
I didn’t read about it but did he call the fake punt or was it an automatic call because the chiefs only had 10 guys on the field? Between that and the end zone fumble that followed it was quite the sequence. The play calling on that last drive was head scratching, as was Allen going for the end zone when Diggs was wide open underneath.
Yes he said in his post game media session that it was his call on the fake punt.
