How is that even possible? Has that ever happened before in the history of NCAA basketball, where a STARTER fouls out in 9 minutes?

He had one rebound all game. Good thing Hines showed up with a second double double in a row.

Let's be clear, the team played really well today outside of this situation, and outside of Clark the final 5 mins.

I definitely think the league wants a 1 seed and that impacted the foul call disparity. But how was Clark THAT bad? The stupid habit of over penetration killed us down the stretch, he must have done it what seemed like 5 times where it was an automatic turnover or horrible shot. MOVE THE BALL, CREATE OPPORTUNITIES ON A DAY WHEN WE CAN ACTUALLY HIT THE 3!!!!

What was he thinking????

And how could Shaheen have not called a timeout with 50 seconds left to set up a shot for someone? We had two timeouts remaining in the final minute. We needed to score on that possession, instead we get a stupid bonehead play from Clark, who then on the next possession fouls a player with 1 second on the shot clock. Then the dumb over penetration again and horrible baseline jumper on the most important possession of the game.

How is Sha not calling timeouts before any of these plays????!!!

I won't even fault Clark for the no-call foul forced three attempt. The game was essentially lost at that point. But yea, Demary was obviously fouling Clark. Another one lost by the officiating crew.

Payne doesn't have the weight or strength to play center in the BE. Neither does Godswill. We need more minutes from Hines.

That's also why retaining Hines is a must.

In Godwill's last appearance he had 2 moving picks called against him in the span of less than 30 seconds. Can't remember the last time I've seen that either.

Payne is horrible. The fact that he’s been starting and playing over Hines the entire year is coaching malpractice. Head scratching

His uses of timeouts or horrible. How do you not take a timeout in that situation. Perhaps he doesn’t take the timeouts because he doesn’t know how to a draw up a play.
