I did the math and this is like me having about $86 stolen.
I offer my services to house sit, with a tactical shotgun, these football players and film celebrities homes while they are away for a few grand a night.

This would be car sitting, she left the doors open when she went in a store. I don't leave the doors to my 10 year old truck w/ nothing in it open, but she leaves all this expensive crap laying around in an open vehicle?

This crap has been happening in Nashville, especially the Brentwood and Franklin areas. LE says it’s that gang out of Venezuela or Colombia.
They are indeed very sophisticated and it’s speculated that they use inside help such as cleaning ladies because they only hit specific spots (safes and such) without rummaging around like normal break-ins. They knew exactly what they are going for.
