Funny thing is so many stomping their feet over this without knowing how many kids are coming. This is not like the other ones, it’s a much smaller group. Likely 75% of the seats roped off will be for senior day families of the band, cheerleaders, etc.

There's nothing to "rectify." Fortunately Coaches Schiano and Pikiell are 100% on the same page about this and don't give a hoot what you think.

Yes there is. Rutgers is in the Big Ten now and it's time that you and other dinosaur posters on this board get used to it.

Exactly. These insufferable complainers should stop embarrassing our fanbase with this small-time garbage. They'll soon be begging for football recruits to help fill empty seats during the upcoming NIT games.
No Rutgers fan will begging these low level football recruits to attend any basketball game. If any of these recruits - have other worthwhile offers, they won't be coming to Rutgers anyway. The only begging we should be doing, is for Schiano to coach well enough, to where he isn't getting shut out by teams like Maryland

Do recruits and their families from sports other then football get invited to watch basketball games in the student section?

The RU gymnastics coach recruits at the gym where my daughter trains at gymnastics. In a couple of years, my daughter could be a Rutgers gymnastics recruit and I'd love to attend a few b-ball games at the RAC with her and sit close to the court for free.

Rutgers gymnastics could use some recruiting help. The team is 0-9 in the B1G and ranks nationally between Kent State and Northern Illinois. These results come in spite of a new gymnastics training facility that is among the finest in the world.

Per nj.com article yes Schiano will have recruits at the game Sunday. How much room are they taking not sure but it'll probably be a lot and dead quiet from that area in what's sure to be a big game.
I’ll be there with football recruits and looking forward to having them attend our BB game . This is how it’s done on the football side. We desperately need to improve recruiting and Hobbs and Schiano are doing everything they have to help build this thing.
