If this is the case, who is the guy who hired all of these “inexperienced coaches” when they needed to develop the players they had at the time?
The team that was inherited lacked talent, which is why experienced coaches wanted no part of this job. it was going to take a lot of work to replenish the roster. The hardest recruiting work has been done and my hat is off to Nunzio and Auggie, who did a good job.
Now that the talent has been significantly replenished, it’s up to the new coaches to take things to the next level, and we are off to a rousing start, landing Crumpler and Black, among others. Get Brown and Duff and we’re good to go.
Then going forward, we will have a good pipeline of talent, recruiting NC, FL, NY, PA, and NJ. Wouldn’t be surprised to see us pop over to CA to get a few players. If Jersey kids don’t want to jump aboard, we’ll get enough talent from elsewhere.
