Somebody is going to have to step up. TCU corners are young and they are down to the 3rd level for them. Their 2 safeties are the best. Their D-line is as good as advertised. I see a lot of Blitzes from TCU testing our young O-Line.

Hope TCU doesn't realize that the vertical WRs can be ignored since Doege still under throws by a mile. Had Wright for a big gain or possibly even a touchdown and instead threw a pick if the TCU db gets his head around.

Didn't see movement at all from 54 on the penalty on the long run. Maybe someone else moved, I don't know. That jet sweep hit big and the other one almost hit big.

Great play call on that fake WR screen for the TD. Glad TJ came down with it since it was floated out there allowing TCU to recover.

Great play by Simmons hanging on to that TD with those DBs ripping at his arms. The ball was late but he made it a TD anyway. Nice play in general, with the fake short pass that WVU tries a lot. I don't recall seeing that one before.

I've never been that confident in Staley beyond 40 yards. That could be because of the first impressions from his first season where any field goal was dicey.

I think the announcers had it right and Duggan assumed the defender would stay home and was worried about giving up yards on a sack and thus was throwing it away before Miller moved out of position
