On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine: Michigan trending for Andrew Sprague

Kansas City (Mo.) Rockhurst four-star offensive tackle Andrew Sprague named his top 10 schools on March 23. That list included LSU, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Oregon, Penn State, Stanford and USC.
Now just under a week after Sprague announced that list of 10, one school has emerged as the heavy favorite to land his commitment.
Following recent industry updates, Michigan is heavily favorite to land Sprague according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine. According to the RPM, the Wolverines holds an 84.4% chance of securing his commitment.
“I put Michigan in my top 10 because of my relationship with Coach Moore, Harbaugh, and the rest of the staff,” Sprague told Hayes Fawcett regarding Michigan. “They won the Joe Moore Award 2 years in a row and I would love to be a part of winning that trophy.”
Sprague has yet to visit Michigan this year but visited Ann Arbor twice in 2022. He visited on Oct. 15 and June 3.
This year Sprague has taken visits to Missouri, Nebraska and Notre Dame so far. He’s also set to visit USC on April 8. The March trip to Nebraska was the second for Sprague this year as he visited in January as well.

Michigan on recruiting roll
Michigan is off to a fast start with its 2024 recruiting class after finishing with a top-20 class in the last recruiting cycle.
The Wolverines signed 25 players last cycle and finished with the No. 18 class in the country and the No. 3 class in the Big Ten. While it was till a top-20 class, the 2023 group finished nine spots lower than the 2022 group.
So far Michigan has nine commitments in its 2024 class and five of those recruits are ranked as four-star prospects. The Wolverines’ class ranks as the No. 8 class in the country and the No. 2 class in the Big Ten.
The class includes four-star running back Jordan Marshall, four-star tight end Hogan Hansen, four-star safety Jacob Oden, four-star linebacker Mason Curtis, four-star interior offensive lineman Luke Hamilton, three-star defensive lineman Ted Hammond, three-star offensive tackle Ben Roebuck, three-star interior offensive lineman Manuel Beigel and three-star linebacker Zach Ludwig.
