Anyone hear football player arrested

DT Devontae Mills. Reported by WIS10. Possession and attempt to distribute marijuana resulting from a traffic stop on bluff road. doesn’t seem super serious at all on the surface , but not sure.

If you have a CWP I believe you are suppose to disclose that to the police upon a traffic stop.

As soon as he is out of jail, I'd send campus Police to escort him to his dorm room, give him just enough time to pack his crap, clean out his locker, then escort him to Coach Beamer's office so his dumb drug dealing ass could be read the riot act, kick him off the team, then have campus Police escort him off USC property. I'm certain he could drive up to klempsin, or over to jawja and be welcomed with open arms and he could continue his drug dealing at either place with no problems. The weapon found should be confiscated and he should never get it back.

I'm guessing he had possession of pot that was over the limit of simple possession. He probably wasn't selling but you are charged for distribution if you have too much. Probably a third of all college athletes smoke pot. I'm sure he will be called on the carpet and hang out in the dog house for quite a while.

Agree….first offense from what I read. Would guess that it pleas down to simple possession….a misdemeanor with a small fine.

First thing you need to do upon handing your driver's license to the Officer if you are carrying your weapon on your person. Then let the Officer know that that you are carrying.
