He's a very good football coach, but he's also a goon. Doesn't come off as overly bright. He is a God awful speaker and struggles to find words and form complete thoughts. You can see the gears churning in his head and they're just grinding with no grease. He's that try-hard OL every team has who you respect their effort but otherwise kind of roll your eyes at. I really think Tech tried so hard not to hire him because I imagine he was likely a terrible interview. Better on the field with a whistle.

He was stuttering through something about the field being their stage and going to put on a show but he was struggling to even get the words out

When you have visions of playing in a championship but end up in The Pop Tart bowl this is probably the best he could muster. A real tragedy.
