besides Peterson hitting guarded jump shots our starters went 9/32. This was not a good performance by KU by any stretch of the imagination

Worst part is we set ourselves up with a big lead and opportunity to rest guys down the stretch of the game and blew it.

Not sure what is up with our big guys lately missing layups. That’s been one of the most concerning aspects in recent weeks. Bidunga missing layups and Tiller missing…literally everything.

Wasn't a "Late in the Gm." Thing. At 16:00 left, KU Led 48 - 22!!!! Outscored 38 - 18 over the next 15:15!!!!!! Their Prideful Defense Vanished!!!! :(

We are not a very good shooting team. I know you already agree with this. We didn't recruit guards who shoot well. White is okay and has shot better than he has most of his career. Council plays hard as shit and i appreciate what he brings, but he's a historically poor shooter, and that has continued. Tiller is weak/has to collect himself before going up to have a chance when he's close to the basket. Flory is way, way improved but we very rarely run anything for him. McDowell is alright if he's wide open and has hit some momentum threes this year. He also has had horrible shots at times. Jackson is getting better but he's not great. A lot of our guys try to do the same thing as one another, even though they're all slightly better/worse from different spots.

I already lost my faith in bill but man did tonight really just set me off. I’m not thrilled whatsoever. I get it’s March but you’re up 26 with 16 mins left and it gets to 6 before you do anything. Melvin was on the bench, elmarko bringing up the ball, dp not getting touches, and no timeouts

Cal Baptist had tall players. Their tall players can't shoot at all, so it was helpful that Mbiya didn't have to account for that. Still, he did some nice things on both offense and defense.

Thought he played great. I just wouldn’t expect we see it again this year. Hope I’m wrong.

Soft take. We were aggressive on offensive tonight and tough on the boards and D. Make a normal amount of shots and CBU gets run. Can't wait for Sunday!!

Believe it or not, that was the 2nd highest team shooting percentage KU has had in its last 6 games. It’s kinda who they are, not sure why we should expect it to suddenly change against a top 10 rated defensive team on Sunday.

We WERE Tough on D........THE FIRST HALF!!!!!! 2nd Half? When CBU went on their 38 - 18 Run from 16:00 left to :35 left to cut KU's 26 PT. Lead Down to 6, they allowed CBU to go 14 / 19 from the floor, 6 / 9 from the line & only had 1 Turnover.......ummmmm, that's PI$$ POOR DEFENSE for THAT LONG of a Stretch.....ESPECIALLY Against a team whom you only gave up 22 PTs. to in the first 24 MINs.!!!

Biggest reason for downturn lately........ppl. making it about D.P. or Tiller or White........Nope!!!! All about 2 players....Council & Bidunga.....when those 2 were rolling, so was the tm. Seriously, when was the last dominant gm. for Flory?! Ironically, DID do really well Offensively vs. Cinci. BOTH Players have been missing POINT BLANK Lay-Ins / Bunnies.
