having a stud QB would be awesome but going with a game manager like QB and getting him multiple studs to feed is probably a way better option for year 1.

Stein either not waiting on Leavitt or he’s getting a yacht full of money from Lane.
Either way, happy he quickly made a move and got a guy he wants to lead the offense.

I would have been thrilled to get Leavitt but I never really did think spending 5 mil on a QB made much sense with how many holes we need to fill. Should have some extra money to load up the Oline and skill positions now.

Absolutely love this pick up. His highlight video is obviously limited, and it is no Sam Leavitt. But he is a high level passer and athlete. Leavitt film is very “wow” with crazy plays. Mincheys has some flashes, but mostly he just makes the simple play and makes it look very easy. Throws an extremely catchable ball. And he looks sneaky athletic. As good of a second option as you can get.
