Let’s dive into ESPN’s latest predictions for all of the top 25 games in Week 10. The rankings reflect the first edition of the College Football Playoff top 25, rather than the AP Poll.
No. 12 Missouri vs. No. 2 Georgia
Kickoff: 3:30 p.m. ET (CBS)
Spread: Georgia (-15.5)
FPI Prediction: Georgia – 88.3%
Arguably the game of the week as Missouri could totally change everything about this season with a head-to-head win over Georgia. That’d be the inside track to the SEC Championship. But, UGA is a huge favorite for a reason.
No. 5 Washington vs. No. 20 USC
Kickoff: 7:30 p.m. ET (ABC)
Spread: Washington (-3.5)
FPI Prediction: USC – 54%
Washington is the favorite but ESPN’s FPI predicts USC to win this one at home. The Trojans have to avoid a three-game skid to keep their Pac-12 title hopes alive. Washington is firmly in the CFP race.
No. 23 Kansas State vs. No. 7 Texas

Spread: Texas (-4)
FPI Prediction: Texas – 66.8%
Texas is the favorite but Quinn Ewers remains on the mend as he is week-to-week. So how does Maalik Murphy do in his second start? The Wildcats are definitely going to make it difficult.
No. 14 LSU vs. No. 8 Alabama

Alabama is the front runner in the SEC West but LSU could certainly shake things up. A loss will knock Alabama out of the CFP race while LSU wants to repeat as division champions at minimum.
