Salt Lake City sets the stage for one of Week 4’s most intriguing matchups as Texas Tech travels to face Utah in a Big 12 matchup. The Red Raiders have put together one of the top rosters in college football, spending millions this offseason on the transfer portal.

The Utes, meanwhile, have a new name at quarterback in Devon Dampier. The New Mexico transfer has reignited Kyle Whittingham’s program, which appears ready to contend for a Big 12 title again. This one has the makings of a measuring-stick game for both programs — and could play a big role in shaping the Big 12 race moving forward.
