As the NBA Draft continues to move closer, the amount of information on which teams have interest in moving up or down the board. As workouts continue across the country, the latest projections for the first and second round balance team need and current stock.
The NBA mock draft will continue to shift over the final days as interest in specific prospects becomes clear and trades begin happening. In the meantime, teams must also diagnose the potential options which could be available.
With the list of draftable players fully clear following the international withdrawal deadline, here is the latest projections for what the 2025 NBA Draft could look like. This has all 59 selections based on current big board and team needs.
1. Dallas Mavericks: Cooper Flagg, Duke
The Dallas Mavericks got a franchise-altering lifeline when they won the NBA Draft lottery and the right to select Cooper Flagg. There is no trade chatter surrounding this pick, making it the foregone conclusion of the night.

2. San Antonio Spurs: Dylan Harper, Rutgers
The San Antonio Spurs also made a big move up the board at the NBA Draft lottery, giving them another asset to help build around superstar Victor Wembanyama. All indications have been that there will be no trade here, allowing them to add Dylan Harper.

3. Philadelphia 76ers: VJ Edgecombe, Baylor
The Philadelphia 76ers got some NBA Draft lottery luck of their own, providing the franchise a chance to reload with a young talent or package the pick to help the win-now focused core of aging and often injured stars. VJ Edgecombe remains the favorite after some pre-draft drama with Ace Bailey.

4. Charlotte Hornets: Kon Knueppel, Duke
The Charlotte Hornets land inside the Top Four in the NBA Draft lottery and are positioned well to add another piece to their young team which has struggled to find balance and win games. They appear to be the floor for VJ Edgecombe, but could land a different kind of fit between LaMelo Ball and Brandon Miller long-term in Kon Knueppel.

5. Utah Jazz: Tre Johnson, Texas
The Utah Jazz fall down the board after the NBA Draft lottery and now must select the best player left on the board to propel their rebuild. Tre Johnson offers the kind of star upside which is hard to find, also possesses upside to be the offensive hub and play-making guard the franchise needs without the long-term runway of players like Jeremiah Fears.

6. Washington Wizards: Ace Bailey, Rutgers
The Washington Wizards are another team which suffered the unlucky side of the NBA Draft lottery results, leaving them outside the group of teams picking top prospects. This is widely considered a soft landing spot for Ace Bailey, who has an abundance of pre-draft talk surrounding maturity, representation, and more.

7. New Orleans Pelicans: Jeremiah Fears, Oklahoma
The New Orleans Pelicans are the last team which fell down the board during the NBA Draft lottery, leaving them with fewer options as they look to hit reset on an injury-plagued stretch. As a new front office looks to hit reset, getting a long-term point guard with upside like Jeremiah Fears would help provide vision.

8. Brooklyn Nets: Khaman Maluach, Duke
The Brooklyn Nets continue their rebuilding project with multiple first-round picks in the 2025 NBA Draft, starting with this Top 10 selection. Khaman Maluach has all the tools needed to become a long-term option at center, anchoring the pursuit of future stars who can play off him as he develops.

9. Toronto Raptors: Kasparas Jakucionis, Illinois
The Toronto Raptors appear split, with multiple young players looking to find their role and a group of veterans ready to take a step forward. In the absence of a singular focus entering the offseason, it makes sense to continue the trend of buying into tall players at each position with versatility, which fits Kasparas Jakucionis well.
10. Phoenix Suns*: Collin Murray-Boyles, South Carolina
The Phoenix Suns jump into the Top 10 after trading Kevin Durant to the Houston Rockets, leaving them a surplus of shooting guards and a lack of frontcourt talent. Collin Murray-Boyles is a versatile fit on a team looking for a new identity, which could easily turn to defense.

11. Portland Trail Blazers: Carter Bryant, Arizona
The Portland Trail Blazers took their first big step forward in the rebuilding process last season, giving them the platform to start building around the existing group. Adding Carter Bryant to a team which is clearly focused on defensive intensity makes sense in the long-term and the short-term.
12. Chicago Bulls: Derik Queen, Maryland
The Chicago Bulls have slowly started to transition from the old roster to some version of the future, and the next step is to reset the frontcourt. Derik Queen provides the kind of offensive firepower that can help carry a team if put in the right spots while rebuilding.

13. Atlanta Hawks*: Noa Essengue, France
The Atlanta Hawks are in an interesting position after missing the playoffs last season, trading for Kristaps Porzingis while deciding how to build around Trae Young. Noa Essengue has the potential to become a high-level defensive disruptor, with a wide range of outcomes matching the recent plan of adding wing talent.

14. San Antonio Spurs*: Joan Beringer, France
The San Antonio Spurs look primed to use their second first-round pick inside the lottery to add depth on the wing or in the frontcourt, a neccisary part of every contending team. The Spurs have operated with Victor Wembanyama primary at forward, opening up room for a player like Joan Beringer as one of the top rim-runners available.
