4-star cornerback Jasiah Wagoner sets commitment date
Late in June, Jasiah Wagoner trimmed his list to four finalists. California, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Texas made the list and are now the four-star cornerback out of Spanaway (Wash.) Spanaway Lake and he is now set to commit to one of those schools.
Next week, on July 25, his father’s birthday, the No. 212 prospect in the On3 Consensus will announce his decision.
“My mind is made up and I am ready to announce my commitment,” Wagoner told On3. “It came down to relationships and where I feel I can be developed best on and off the field.
“I thought about it a lot after my official visits and I made my decision recently. I feel good about it and I am ready.”

Oklahoma: “Coach Valai has a coaching style that intrigues me and can bring the best out of me”
Oregon: “Dan Lanning has the program on an upward trend.”
Texas: “They have great tradition.”
