Myles Graham, the On3 Consensus No. 1 linebacker in the 2024 class and No. 11 overall recruit, visited Auburn on Friday and already plans to return.

“It was amazing,” Graham said. “I really enjoyed it. We toured the facilities, talked to the coaches, went to some meetings, did a photoshoot and watched them scrimmage. I had a lot of fun.”

Graham, from Woodward Academy in Atlanta, Ga., spoke with several coaches during the visit, including running backs coach Carnell Williams. Auburn is recruiting Graham to play inside linebacker, but he already has a relationship with Williams dating back to his childhood.

“Coach Williams is my guy,” Graham said. “I’ve known him since I was a kid. His kids are a little bit younger than me, but I still grew up with them. I appreciate him for everything he does for us.”

Prior relationships with Auburn staff big for Myles Graham

Graham’s father, Earnest Graham, is a former teammate of Williams. The two played together for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. So did Ike Hilliard, Auburn’s wide receivers coach.

“My dad knows all of them,” Myles Graham said. “They are all real good friends. We are already tight with that staff.”

The relationships Graham has with the Auburn coaches is a big asset for the Tigers.

“The coaches are real,” Graham said. “It’s a coaching staff that loves me and that is real important to me. They already have showed that they have love for me and want me.”

Auburn’s coaches aren’t the only ones. Graham’s former teammate at Woodward is Auburn running back signee Damari Alston.

“Mari is doing a great job recruiting me,” Graham said.

Graham plans to return to Auburn soon.

“I’m going to try and make it back this spring,” he said. “But if not, I’ll definitely be back in the summer. I really like it at Auburn.”

The On3 Consensus, in addition to ranking Graham the No. 11 overall recruit in 2024 and the No. 1 linebacker, has him as the No. 2 overall recruit in Georgia.

The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM) currently has Auburn, Florida, Louisville and Florida State all tied at the top with 19.8%. Graham has taken an unofficial visit to each during March.
