Our Kansas State buzz this weekend comes via a message board post at KSO and shares the details of what the basketball roster could look like next year. Will there be any more player exits to the transfer portal for Jerome Tang and company?

Obviously, two that have already entered the transfer portal are Cam Carter and Dorian Finister. K-State seniors Will McNair and Tylor Perry are graduating and have no more eligibility. Will those be the only four omissions from this year’s team or is more expected?

In this updated feature we reveal which players from Kansas State are expected to return or aren’t and tackle two visitors from major targets that the Wildcats are chasing in Michigan big man Tarris Reed and guard Dug McDaniel.

Additionally, K-State won’t stop there. After having Reed on campus over the weekend and McDaniel to begin the week, the coaching staff will continue to mine and scour the transfer portal as well. Instead of hosting visitors, they will go and see a few targets.

We provide a hint of what is inside below.

  • Will Kansas State suffer any other losses to the transfer portal?
  • Which players remain torn on whether or not to return?
  • Discussing two K-State visitors: Dug McDaniel and Tarris Reed.
  • Kansas State coaches will make a few recruiting stops before the dead period.

That is just a taste of what can be found in our K-State team and recruiting content on a weekly basis throughout the calendar year. There has never been a better time to join the largest community of Kansas State fans on the internet that converse and discuss the Wildcats on a daily basis.
