Beers with Bernhard: Oompah
Gravely Brewing: Oompah
It’s officially Oktoberfest season! Whether you think it’s too early or not, let the “Prost”-ing begin!
Oompah is defined as “a repetitious bass accompaniment in music typically provided by brasses” which is typical for German music. Gravely Brewing, known for both craft beer and craft music, aptly named this beer.
Oompah is light and smooth with nice malt-foward and caramel notes. Even though it’s till 80-degress in Kentucky, this a great Festbier to enjoy.now

Prost!
Style: Oktoberfest
ABV: 5.8%
IBU: 20
Description: Our Fest Bier – commonly referred to in the States as an Oktoberfest style – was brewed true to its German origins. Showcasing German malt and hops, this easy-drinking beer was lagered with love while anxiously awaiting its time to pour. That time has come so order a 1L Maß and say “Prost!”
