Taking A Trip Down Memory Lane
I will be the first to admit – I’m not the most well versed person on Kentucky basketball history. It’s a goal I’m working on improving this summer, though, and Sports Illustrated has a good first step. Over on their website they have put together an 18 picture slide show documenting moments throughout the Kentucky programs storied history. It begins with the photo you see above, and goes all the way through the man we know as Jorts. It’s a pretty cool look back, and it shows just how much there is behind the program we are all such huge fans of.
As I begin my journey into the Tomes of Kentucky history this summer, why don’t you tell me what you’d like to hear more about? Or what your favorite Kentucky memory of old was.
