Oregon Makes New 2023 Quarterback Offer
Kenny Dillingham is working hard to help the Ducks land a 2023 quarterback. Oregon has been linked to many of the top quarterbacks in this recruiting cycle but has yet to lock in a commitment.
He’s found a new target.
Monday afternoon Woodlawn (La.) quarterback Rickie Collins reported a new offer from Oregon. The 6-foot-2, 182-pounder is the No. 169 ranked quarterback in the On3 Consensus Rankings and No. 10 quarterback nationally.
Collins committed to Purdue on Nov. 8 in 2021. He has publicly stated he remains 100-percent committed.

However Collins visited LSU in April unofficially. He once again stated he remains firm with his commitment to Purdue.
Oregon meanwhile has three current targets in the 2023 class at quarterback. The Ducks have been consistently linked in the recruitments of five-stars Dante Moore, Jaden Rashada and four-star Avery Johnson.
Oregon has three verbal commitments in the 2023 recruiting class.
