Currently Houston leads the On3 RPM at 17%.
Smith has taken official visits to TCU and Texas Tech so far.
He’s the No. 434 ranked player in the On3 Industry Rankings. Smith ranks as the No. 31 EDGE in those same rankings.
At the moment Smith has not visited Oregon. There are currently no dates for a visit to Eugene. It’s likely Smith is a prospect Oregon is continuing to evaluate into the Summer and possibly into his Senior season.
