In this episode, Justin and Gerry discuss:

  1. Justin and Gerry begin with Texas coaches on the road. From Tashard Choice at Mountain Point High School in Phoenix (Ariz.) to see On3 four-star priority running back Christian Clark, to Pete Kwaitkowski and Jeff Chaote in Jasper (Texas) checking in on On3 four-star linebacker Tyanthony Smith. , to Kyle Flood in League City (Texas) seeing On3 four-star offensive lineman Blake Ivy. The UT staff continues to comb the country this week with more stops in Houston and California on Tuesday.
  2. Justin and Gerry breakdown the top five priority targets that Texas has a reasonable shot with in the 2024 class, beginning with our No. 1 Micah Hudson, On3 five-star wide receiver from Temple (Texas) Lake Belton and the importance of Arch Manning, Chris Jackson, Texas’ offense, and fending off Texas Tech and out-of-state powers Ohio State and Alabama.
  3. Justin and Gerry go next with Richland Hills (Texas) North Richland Hills offensive center and On3 four-star interior lineman Daniel Cruz. The 6-foot-3, 290-pound prospect is a major priority for the Texas staff, with Steve Sarkisian and Coach Flood seeing him early and often.
  4. Justin and Gerry pick Kobe Black next. The 6-foot-1, 185-pound One Industry Ranking four-star from Waco (Texas) Connally is the state’s top rated defensive back with talent for the corner island. With his family having strong genes throughout college athletics. His father and two brothers both played collegiately and Kobe might have the most upside.
  5. Justin and Gerry shift to Corian Gipson, the On4 four-star safety from Lancaster (Texas). Gipson is taking his official visit to Texas in June, and the Horns are trying to head off Clemson and Alabama for the signature.
  6. Justin and Gerry finish with Conroe (Texas) Oak Ridge linebacker, On3 four-star Justin Williams. The stud from north Houston is the best linebacker in state and one of the top across the nation. Oregon has had the sizable lead since October, but Texas isn’t relenting in this pursuit.
