When you only score 10 points, that’s a sign you probably didn’t win. Despite Arch Manning looking strong again, the penalties, drops, and more were part of the Horns’ demise on Saturday. Here’s how the offense graded out, per PFF.

OFFENSE

QB – Arch Manning, 72.9

Manning had another strong outing going 27-of-43 passing, 251 yards, one touchdown and one interception, his first in four games. The drops and penalties up front killed any momentum Manning was building all night.

RB – Tre Wisner, 74.0, CJ Baxter59.7

The run game, which started strongly, was non-existent by the end of the night. After nabbing 33 yards on the ground after the first series, the run game died. Wisner and Baxter caught five receptions.

WR – Ryan Wingo64.3, DeAndre Moore62.3, Emmett Mosley V, 70.0

Wingo led the team in catches (9) and its only score. And that was after a few first-half drops. Moore and Mosley added eight combined grabs. But the drops hurt this room.

TE – Jack Endries60.0, Jordan Washington41.6

Endries secured nine yards on three receptions. The blocking here has a long way to go.

OL – Trevor Goosby67.5, DJ Campbell63.7, Brandon Baker64.0, Cole Hutson, 50.1, Connor Robertson64.2

The Longhorns offensive line had been playing well over the last few games. But against a strong Georgia defense, they took a step back on Saturday night. Manning was pressured, sacked, and forced into quick decisions. The first-half flags were terrible.
