This spring promises to be an interesting one as the Trojans undergo a nearly wholesale change in the defensive side of the ball. D’Anton Lynn arrives as defensive coordinator after one year in the same position at UCLA. New position coaches include former Los Angeles Rams assistant Eric Henderson with the defensive line, former North Dakota State head coach Matt Entz with the linebackers and former Houston defensive coordinator actor Doug Belk coaching the secondary.
Offensively, USC will need to replace quarterback Caleb Williams, running back MarShawn Lloyd, receivers Brenden Rice and Tahj Washington and offensive linemen Justin Dedich and Jarrett Kingston.
