USC has offered one the ranked defenders in the class of 2025. Elite Conroe (Tex.) cornerback Dorian Brew announced a new offer from the Trojans on Friday evening.

Brew ranks as the No. 21 player in the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also tabs in as the No. 3 cornerback and the No. 6 player in the state of Texas.

The 6-foot-3, 195 pounder just recently trimmed his recruitment down to the following: Michigan, Ohio State, Texas, Penn State, and Oregon.

He also announced he will make his college decision on January 24th, just 12 days from now.

The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine currently has the Ohio State Buckeyes as the heavy favorite to land a commitment from Brew at 98.3%. His mother ran track for the Buckeyes and she is in their Hall of Fame. Before moving back to Texas in October, Brew played at Northmont High in Clayton (Ohio.)

RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.

It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.

He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $113K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
