Would be something if Kansas and UNC have changed. I would imagine Iowa State coach would be an external target for UNC

I think he’d be a candidate for both. And a top one. No idea if he would leave though.

Hubert Davis will not be back as head coach. The Dean Smith tree may be done. I don't feel this is totally fair or deserving but what is fair and deserving these days. This season they beat Kansas Kentucky and Duke. Best player got hurt.

UNC a top 3 public university in America large success in athletics across the board womens soccer baseball mens and womens hoops and yet a search firm will be hired for this vacancy

Is it a coincidence that in the same timeframe UNC canned Davis that it is reported in the Chicago Sun Times Billy Donovan may resign from the Bulls after the season ends in a little under a month?

I feel Billy age a factor. Does he really want to do this again?

UNC can go hypothetically Golden Oats Lloyd TJ and be fine for the next 20 seasons.

First call I'd make. He's only 60, and seems like a youthful one at that. And if he says no I'm calling TJ Otz.

Do you want to coach teenage millionaires with crazy handlers or mostly adult millionaires? I’d think the latter

Oates and Golden probably won't get a phone call there. Too much baggage.

Shaheen to UNC. Makes more sense than Noonan, Golden, Oats, Donovan: no baggage, an overachiever, right age and experience; an Elite Eight appearance in the recent past. Think about it......
