I found funny all the negative quotes. Putting words in my mouth. Hey I don't even know who officiated the last game!

Enjoy Game 7!

Just a non-involved third party enjoying the ongoing localized back and forth who has debated whether to post the clip below. The following comment enticed me enough:
Enjoy Game 7! Let's welcome the Rangers properly to Hell, and beat those overhyped Bastards!

Eh I mean a 56/44 split I don't think is anything noteworthy, and I have a hard time reading much into the home teams being 0-5 when the penalties called are almost 50/50. We'll see though, hopefully the refs are a non-factor.

Bingo! Never start one, always finish. There is good and bad in all.

Enjoy the game!

I agree with that. I hope the game is not so badly officiated, that either team feels slighted.

After all, when the famous quote is, larceny lies in the hearts of all men, and when the world and the people that live here are not perfect, mistakes and accidents happen. I learned it is better to not think or question, rather just go with the flow and drone on.

Enjoy tonight! I think you will be happy.
As a Ranger fan I feel the only thing I can count on is that Shesterkin will play well, and everything beyond that is a mystery.

Interesting site on the referees.

McCauley is #1 in having the most penalties and power play goals when he refs.

McCauley is #1 in power play opportunities favoring the road team, but that is counteracted by Dwyer being #1 in home team winning percentage when he refs.

Bottom line, McCauley isn’t going to pass up camera time in a big market game 7. There should be a significant amount of power plays tonight.

I agree with that. He is the closest goalie to Hasek playing today.

In a joking way I will sum up the last couple of days.

First it is called a HOT take for a reason, not a cool or calm take.
Lastly there is a reason, **it happens is a popular expression!

😆 ENJOY THE GAME!

Chelios said 2 unfortunate calls against the Devils. Their first penalty which wasn't a trip, and the Hughes breakaway which was a hook and not called. Frustrating.

I mean clear as day hooking call on the Hughes breakaway. Missed on there by the refs.
They made it up by not calling the Ranger getting taken out with interference at the defensive blue line with about a minute left.

Chelios Devils owed 2 calls.
It’s not bias it’s just crap officiating
Thankless job that leagues May need to go above and beyond on paying these guys and gals. Putrid officiating and umpiring ruins everything

If he keeps this up, Panarin is going to find himself not too much of a Ranger fan favorite going forward.

Drop passes are bad at the blueline. They are God awful when you know Hughes is hanging at the other blueline.

Even Chelios thinks we're getting shafted by the refs.

We need to overcome them nonetheless and stay out of the ******* box.

NHL referees make from 200,000 to 430,000 (these guys would be at the top end). No excuse for the incompetence at the highest level of the sport.

As a Devils fan after seeing the replay, eh.

And the ref was on the other side of the play.

Yeah I don't know, looks to me like the contact is minimal enough it doesn't really affect him much.

Eh I don't think paying them more would really make a difference. They're making 150-350k so I don't think any pro refs are changing careers for higher pay.

I didn't see the two calls that led to the 4 on 4, but Severson's trip was obvious and Bahl sending the puck over the glass is an automatic penalty. It did look like there may have been a missed interference on the Devils while entering the attack zone though.

Not only is Panarin playing badly, he ruins a whole line. Chytil and Kakko have disappeared since he was put on their left wing.

I think the most effective way to improve officiating is to let them look at a replay whenever they feel they need to in order to get the call right. People complain that would slow the game down too much, well I'd rather get the calls right.

Bread looks like he’s playing a different sport
Even when the kid line wasn’t scoring, they were real good at keeping possession in the offensive zone. The Panarin Chytil Kakko line is constantly pinned in their own end.
