I see things from both sides that make no sense - I highly doubt that with the Tuohy's being very sound business people and at the time Oher was coming out of college, they were all still lovey/dovey, that they allowed MO to make his own decision on an Agent without being a big part of that process. This issue will come out looking in either Oher or the Tuohy family's favor,
based on the paperwork the Tuohy claim to have given Oher an equal share.
Wondering about that equal share being divided by whole family and not a 50-50 split.
But ,for now ,the issue is was Oher cheated or not and the paperwork will
prove he wasn't if it's what the Tuohys claim it containes.
If the paperwork is a lie, proves Oher is telling the truth .
As for 3rd parties like Freeze speaking out, we mist look at the source and decide if they are creditable or not
When Old Miss was in trouble with the NCAA some recruits said Freeze and other Ole Miss officials repeatedly lied to them during their recruitment about the severity of the pending charges. After the charges became public, these players sought to transfer to other schools; each requested and received a waiver .
One thing that came out of this is the Tuohy conservatorship is ending.
One thing about Oher's claim about binding his ability to make financial decisions to the conservatorship is the Tuohys said he made his OWN nfl dealings on his own and he picked his own agent to handle it.
If that's true, all of Oher's claims must be taken with a grain of salt and be proved true before just accepting them on his word
If the Tuohys were involved, the grain of salt goes for them.
On the other hand- why would the Tuohy's who are worth maybe 100 million, be stealing what make equate to a couple million dollars at most and most likely less.
My gut somehow tells me it is this woman in Oher's life and possibly her family and friends that think that the movie royalties were a lot more than what they really were. And she is pressuring him to be making these moves.
