Australian punter Atticus Bertrams commits to USC

USC has had great success over the last three seasons with Australian punter Ben Griffiths. They have returned the Land Down Under for their potential next starting punter in Atticus Bertrams.
Bertrams is an 18-year-old Australian punter who has practiced the skill through the elite punting factory Prokick Australia.
He committed to the Trojans on Tuesday.
Griffiths is also an alumnus of Prokick Australia, although the two had very different roads to college football.
The 6-foot-7 Griffiths played Australian rules football professionally in the Australian Football League for the Richmond Tigers for eight seasons. He left the game after the 2017 season due injuries and concussions sustained during his career and because of his scholarship offer from the Trojans.
Because of that, Griffiths is much older than the typical college football at 30 years old. He even got married during the Trojans most recent bye week.
