USC offers Memphis RB commit Arion Carter

Smyrna (Tenn.) running back and Memphis commit Arion Carter received an offer from USC on Sunday. He announced the news on social media.
Carter is not ranked in the 2023 On3 Consensus or the 2023 On300. He has been committed to the Tigers since July 20.
The Trojans are the second offer in as many days for the 6-foot-1, 205 pound running back. He received one from Alabama yesterday during an unofficial visit to Tuscaloosa.
Carter holds 19 offers. Five of them are from Power Five programs, including Alabama, Auburn, USC, Vanderbilt and Wake Forest.

Carter has an On3 NIL Valuation of $5.9K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
