The games he played should be vacated

I wonder if he’ll declare to go pro. I think the perfect comp for him is former G-League player, Charles Bediako

Of course not. He came back to finish his education, right?

What I read on this really isn't that judge sided with NCAA but rather they didn't file properly or meet requirements to file. He never should have been allowed to step foot on court to begin with. Shame shame shame on that biased judge. Interesting judge couldn't figure that one out last Friday. Still something to wonder about.

So they gotta vacate their wins right? Or do we just pretend it never happened?

@Alan Head correct me if I’m wrong but the ncaa can’t punish Alabama for any games he played in while the TRO was in effect right?

I've seen both sides to this and have no idea. Saw a quote from the NCAA that some interpreted to mean that they would not punish because while against NCAA rules he was legally allowed to play a that time.

Would be hilarious if he never signs another two way deal again and screwed himself by trying to transition into identifying as a college player. I’ve heard detransitioning is rough. Good luck chuck.

Vacate them or don't. Either way, leave them out in March. Obviously different sports, but precedents exist where past success is weighed differently once key players were no longer available. No reason this committee couldn't make a similar argument in this case

At the very least, the committee should consider his participation as part of our resume, like you would having an injured player. The fact that we had to play them during the 5-game stretch where they used an ineligible professional player should absolutely be considered when seeding us.

Here’s what’s crazy. If a program does this, it sets a precedent that they can go get any player, pro or not, file a restraining order, let them play for x amount of games while the NCAA takes their time on a ruling, win a bunch of games, and keep those wins and have 0 ramification. Why not now go get another player if you’re bama and run it all back? Theres no penalty for doing so.

If there’s no punishment why can’t we get a couple TROs for some of our former players for a tournament run
