Well Elander is right there with him and supposed to be telling him what he’s going to do this isn’t very hard and yet it gets f’d up with Elander right there on it. Guy just can’t it. Could see that pretty clearly from the get go. We could’ve gone out and gotten a big time proven winner with what all we have to offer. Flame away

His HC is 3rd base coach and right there…why did he freeze?

If he runs, he is out by 10 feet. Ball was bunted right to the pitcher.

With Stone at bat it was a terrible call. He has a good chance to hit a fly ball to the outfield with one out

Funny how someone with the handle BaseballVol doesn’t recognize that was a very poor bunt for the situation and the runner would have been out by a mile. He bunted it on a hop to the pitcher’s dominant arm.

Baseballvol is right, if it was a suicide squeeze. It seemed to be a safety squeeze. And the bunt wasn't good enough to score Blaine on a safety squeeze call. I think Elander outsmarted himself there. Just let Stone hit a Sac Fly....... But E was trying something. Sometimes something works, and it is better than nothing. But this time something different didn't work. Nothing probably the better call.

This coach is an idiot. If you want to force things you steal Chapman and if they throw you go home if they don’t you have two in scoring position. The last thing you do is what elander called. Just absolute stupid coaching. And Marin in the two hole is dumb also.

There is nothing to like about this offense or coaching. coaching has blown 3 games. offense isn’t capable. staff isn’t playing the right guys and seems to have no feel for anything. Looking like losers, unfortunately.

Burke said on the telecast it’s the call he would have gone with. Brown didn’t do his job.

I still don't understand why we didn't steal Brown earlier in the inning. It's extra innings, we've struggled to even get guys on base, you have the backup catcher in with 1 out and... Brown doesn't steal 2nd? Why? What am I missing here?

Me either man, me either. These aren't "assistant coach for 10 years who hasn't learned the off-the-field nuance" decisions...these are "I've watched six baseball games in my entire life" decisions. Things that make no sense, like NO sense at all. It's honestly baffling. Either he's much smarter than we all know and he's playing the 4D-chess long game, or he's maybe the worst baseball coach I've ever seen 😂...and I don't know which it is.
