Duke is the only team I'm really worried about

I’m not…. we played like garbage, credit to them for making some of that happen, but we hurt ourselves more (along with the refs). I’d love to play them in the Natty game.

I actually am not - we missed some WIDE open 3 pointers in that game. Furthermore, Mara just had a couple dumb fouls - if he played most of the game, it's a different complexion to the game. I feel like if we play Duke 10 straight times at a neutral site, we would win about 65% of the time.

Worried might be the wrong word but I think they are really the only team that can somewhat neutralize our talents. But I think we could easily beat them i we matched up with them again. Our guards wont miss that many shots the next time. And hopefully Mara doesn't pick up a couple quick fouls.

Agree on the 1st part, disagree on the 2nd part. I hope Duke loses well before the Natty game

I’d be shocked if we play another single digit game. This team reminds me so much of UConn 3 years ago when they just housed people in March/April.

Iowa St is sneaky good. Also dont love a Zona matchup

I could definitely see that. Dusty will have the guys dialed in.

Im worried about us. No one’s beating us if we play like this. We can play anyone’s game, including Duke. Like anyone else, the margin of error shrinks if we’re off or playing down. But at our best? No one scares me.

Pffffffftttt…..a fairly ref’d game that doesn’t take our best players out for 25 minutes and keep,their best player in for the final 5 when he clearly fouled out…….and we win that game 7 out of 10 times kid. Duke has zero fear aura. Arizona maybe. Nobody else’s even worries me Outside of a freakish occurrence of shooting.

I would be confident going into the game but they feel like the 1 team that can really match our athletes.

They definitely don't scare me. And I agree that no one is beating us if we play to our potential.

Duke used the one gameplan to beat this team: a) take away the fast break b) make Michigan shoot a lot of threes and hope they miss a lot. c) sell out on the boards — dependent on the success of b) That will be the strategy against us in the tournament.

Give me Michigan 2 out of 3 against Duke this year.

Duke’s length is an issue. But I’d like our chances in a rematch.

I don't fear Duke. But I think they have the best gameplan to potentially beat us aside from a team going nuts from 3. But I'd be conifdent playing them again. Our A game beats everyone.

Despite their lofty player ranking...I feel like our upside (from any team in the country) is by far the highest. We have a 9 person rotation and while Cheese is great, if 2 of our other 8 players are playing an A game, we will likely beat most teams. If 3 of them are playing an A game, we will beat anyone by 20.

Get a fair whistle, a few bounces, hit an avg. % from the field and that’s a dub .

Best thing about march is that if we dont get upset, we will only see a team or two of that caliber. We dont have to beat everybody.

That might be the strategy. I’m not sure how many teams we will see can really do all that. Maybe a few and we see one or two of them? Likely in final rounds. I was super impressed tonight. Hope this is a start of our big run
