Didn’t we spend top 15 money on this roster? They aren’t close to top 15, so whatever investment is made with the roster Mike can’t get it to pay off. Even in 2023 we had many games we could have lost and pulled them out with some key swing plays. I would be more open if the roster this year was ranked top 12-15 since that’s the amount of money we are spending to field this team

FSU gets outbid for impact trench players and QB's in regards to NIL. Even this year with Jaden O'Neil. He was not Mike's 1st (Keisan Henderson), or 2nd (Landon Duckworth), choice for QB but the options Mike wanted, FSU couldn't compete in the NIL space. We frequently miss on Defensive Lineman recruits to Miami, Florida, and Georgia (Jeremiah McCloud, LJ McCray, Armando Blount etc). Kids that had FSU high in their recruitment end up signing with other programs because of the money. Until that problem is solved, it doesn't matter who the coach is.

These guys have been good ... Pettus, Pettibon, Medley, Hansen, Robinson, Pittman, and Jenkins. McCray has been fine too. That's from last year. Not impressed with Sawchuk and WIlson. Herring has been meh.
