I did not know this about Trinidad . .

"Trinidad Chambliss became a national sensation after leading the Ole Miss Rebels to a victory over Georgia in the Sugar Bowl, where he threw for 362 yards and two scores. " The quarterback was not even ruled eligible for the current season until late summer and spent months lifting weights at a public gym because he was barred from team facilities during an academic review."

Source? I'm really curious as to why you would post that without sourcing it? Late summer is mid to late August, right? TC went through all of "fall practice", so late summer would seem inaccurate to me. But perhaps I'm wrong.

Why post this at all especially during this run to the title game...

It had nothing to do with his grades, he had all A’s. Had to do with transferring credits from Ferris to Ole Miss. He had to workout at Planet Fitness in Oxford the first month or so he was there until they got it sorted out. Another incredible part of the story. Can’t remember which article this tidbit was included in but read it as well.

It’s true- he was a business major, and some of his business school credits at Ferris St would not transfer. He has since changed his major
