So of all the QB's drafted, it was an Alabama drafted QB in last years draft who has the ring. I think under Coach McDonald, Jalen will receive the development that one day leads to a starting role. It took Darnold 5 teams to finally get all the pieces together.

Which makes even less sense when we remember that the guy had opportunities to voice his displeasure here (namely in '23 before the infamous USF game) and chose to say and do nothing but positive things about/for the team and program as a whole his entire time here. But yeah lets forget about all that and the good plays on the field because of one pick six vs Oklahoma that was caused mainly by a missed block by the wide receiver, those people should keep their mouths shut.
