Jacque was super helpful this year. Defense finished top 3 in scoring defense after only finishing once in the top 10 last 12 seasons. I think he was instrumental in defense. Everyone else can kick rocks

Flory made our defense what it was. Not sure what role JV had in that.

Pretty clear Self and Co believe the way to combat all the off the ball movement and screening is to be able to switch. Takes a certain type of player with certain measurables to be able to do that. We were at our best on the days when Flory and Tiller were able to defend guards one on one. I think it's a selling point because guys that size better be able to do it if they have any hope of staying in the NBA

Figure out why we didn’t recruit Keaton Wagler. I mean come on we seem to overlook our own area for players lately which we always seem to do well with in the past.

No. If the players fail you fail. Move along now entitled man. edit: yes one of those absolutely will. they have better coaches. Coaches are engaged and actively talking to players and refs, not sitting with their finger up their butts. or asking for free shit around Lawrence 😂

so if it’s all about the players and not the coaches if I follow your logic we should hire a coach way cheaper than self and just pay for better players right?

What are you even trying to say? Respectfully, you have no idea what any of those guys - on any of those benches - are doing, let alone what they’re supposed to be doing.
